Welcome Aboard Neil Krey's Flight Deck

Crew Resource Management
Crew Resource Management training (originally known as Cockpit Resource Management), or CRM, is one of the areas which holds great promise in addressing the major issues in aviation safety. Most analyses find that 70% to 80% of aviation accidents and incidents are a result of human factors breakdowns. CRM and other related training methods are designed to address these causal factors. This section of the FLIGHT DECK is devoted to the study and practice of CRM.
