Neil C. Krey is Principal Instructional Systems Designer with Raytheon Training based in Arlington, Texas.  He is a training professional whose aviation career spans over three decades.  In addition to his current assignment with Raytheon Training, he has worked for FlightSafety International and SimuFlite International.  He also holds an Airline Transport Pilot certificate and has been a flight department manager, chief pilot, and flight crew member in corporate aviation.

For the past 17 years he has been involved in the development and delivery of training for flight crews, maintenance, and ramp personnel for airlines and corporate flight operations around the world.  He is also a specialist in the area of Crew Resource Management (CRM) and aviation human factors.
